1. All products price on aiminlock is FOB, not include the charges of delivery and bank. So please pay the delivery expense and bank charges for each order.(All price showing on our website is by US dollar.)
2. When make sure your order, Please confirm your email or fax, product serial number, address, contact person and your country to us to confirm your order amount and charges of delivery and bank. Pls inform us when you finished transfer, After receiving your fund we will delivery your cargo immediately.
3. All product photos screened by ourselves, the products and the photo are consistent. In order to guarantee quality, All products will be carefully checked before delivery.
4. Before sign for waybill, please open the box and have a carefully check of the cargo ( e.g. Key cutting machine) . If you find the cargo has been damaged during the transportation, please refuse to sign for it and to take photo as evidence. We will apply indemnities for you from the express company.
5. Freight transportation time: DHL（www.dhl.com）/ TNT（www.tnt.com）/ 2-3 working days, EMS（www.ems.com.cn） 15 working days.
6. Products of our company will be carried out the replacing, refunding and mending of P.R.C. From the date of purchase, within 30 days, if the products has quality problem, please e-mail us to deal with the refunding and replacing procedure by our B/S ( bill of sales). Within 180 days, if the products has quality problem, we are responsible for mending. (Note: If the cargo is with artificial damages we refuse to provide returns the service.)
7.Assurance:In order to protect your goods arrive safely ,We will be pleasure to recommend customers to buy insurrance for their goods,we will response half of all premium.For example: FIRST: Under products price USD1,500 ,We and customers should take responsible for half of all premium USD22.50 . SECOND:In exess of products price USD1,500,Both will take half of all premium USD30.00. If the goods are lost,the insurance company will compensate for all,if the goods are damaged,the Inssurance company will compensate according to their rule. In case customer do not take insurrance ,once the goods are lost or damaged during the transportation,Express courier compensate for the goods in accordance with international law ,Such as DHL the lagest amount of compensation is less 100 USD .
8. Our company will not undertake the responsibility for the lost or damage of the goods caused by irresistible factors during the transportations. These irresistible factors, includes but not limits to : 1 ) Natural disaster: earthquake, tornado, storm, flood or fog. 2 ) War, aerial transport or embargo. 3 ) Folk commotion. 4 ) Pictures, data and record caused serious magnetic destroyed or cancelled by customs or government apartments.
9. We will deliver your order to you after receiving your payment. Please choose correct bank account to transfer the funds. Sorry for presently, we don’t receive payment by L/C Bank Transfer, please transfer the funds to us by T.T. If you pay us the funds via Personal Account (HSBC Bank Account（www.hsbc.com.cn） and Western Union（www.westernunion.cn）), you need to pay us the money by T.T. And you can receive the goods within a week, after we received your funds.
